Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Gurugram. The Sales Representative will be responsible for daily tasks including prospecting new clients, fostering and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating property deals, and ensuring a seamless closing process. They will also be expected to provide expert advisory on property investments, maintain updated knowledge of market trends, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Client Relationship Management Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends and Property Investments Self-Motivated and Result-Oriented with Strong Organizational Skills Proficiency in using CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus
