About Us: Kailasha AI School is on a mission to transform fresh engineering graduates into corporate-ready professionals. Role Overview We are looking for our first faculty member – a passionate Engineering Leader turned Educator – who can shape the foundation of our training program. This is a unique opportunity to design, teach, and mentor fresh engineers in Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend) with AI-enabled workflows while instilling real-world coding discipline and corporate best practices. What You’ll Do ● Teach fundamentals of coding, data structures, frontend, backend, and application development. ● Incorporate AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, code assistants) into learning workflows. ● Guide students in building real-world projects end-to-end. ● Instill structured engineering practices: version control, CI/CD, clean code, testing, and agile teamwork. ● Mentor and inspire students to be industry-ready professionals. ● Contribute to shaping the curriculum and training methodology as our founding faculty. What We’re Looking For ● 5–7 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer / Engineering Lead in the corporate world. ● Strong background in Full Stack Development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or similar). ● Passion for teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex concepts . ● Knows how to blend traditional coding with AI-assisted productivity ● Can help students see AI not as a shortcut, but as a tool to enhance real skills. ● Experience in corporate practices (agile, DevOps, product thinking) that you can transfer to students. ● Can instill corporate best practices (code reviews, version control discipline, documentation). ● Helps students adopt a structured approach to problem-solving instead of copy-paste coding. ● Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience (formal or informal) is a big plus. ● Startup mindset – willingness to build from scratch, experiment, and adapt.
