Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Hiring:Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Source, screen, and interview candidates for driver, warehouse, operational, and marketing roles. Coordinate with job portals for hiring needs. Conduct background verification and reference checks. 2. Employee Onboarding & Induction:Develop an effective onboarding program for new employees. Conduct orientation sessions and introduce company policies, safety guidelines, and job expectations. Ensure proper documentation and employment contracts are in place. 3. HR Policies & Compliance:Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and disciplinary procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, transport industry regulations, and safety protocols. Manage employee grievances and disputes, promoting a positive work environment. 4. Payroll & Attendance Management:Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and work schedules. Process payroll, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions. 5. Administrative Responsibilities:Manage office administration, vehicle permits, and documentation. Oversee employee travel arrangements, fleet coordination, and logistics-related documentation. Ensure timely renewal of business licenses, insurance, and compliance certificates. Knowledge of Tally ERP9 is an added benifit.
