We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Kitchen Operations Executive to oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure timely delivery of all food orders, and coordinate with internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality output Ensure all daily orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched on time Assign and manage transportation/delivery schedules for timely execution Coordinate and support the setup and execution of buffet catering events Liaise with clients/customers to confirm orders, delivery instructions, and event details Communicate with kitchen, packing, and delivery teams to streamline operations Manage checklists, SOPs, and basic reporting as required Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols are being followed Support stock planning and vendor coordination, if needed
