As a WordPress Developer, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites utilizing the Kadence Theme, custom CSS/HTML, and relevant plugins. You will be tasked with setting up and managing LearnDash for online courses, quizzes, and user progress tracking. Your role will also involve creating engaging and user-friendly layouts with a strong focus on visual design approach. Collaboration with content creators and marketing teams will be essential to implement website updates and improvements. Additionally, you will need to optimize website performance in terms of loading speed and responsiveness. Basic troubleshooting and bug fixes will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, designing graphics, banners, and visuals for web use using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva will be part of your regular tasks. To excel in this role, you must have familiarity with LearnDash LMS, at least 1 year of hands-on experience with WordPress, and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress plugins. Strong graphic design skills and a keen eye for detail are crucial. The ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and possess good communication and problem-solving skills are highly desirable.
