We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. He or she should have basic knowledge of bookkeeping procedures, familiarity with financial regulations, ability to spot numerical errors, experience with MS Excel and other accounting softwares, such as Dynsamics. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions and reconciling invoices. Where and when requires you may be required to go to banks, auditors and other places. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. · Scrutiny of Purchase and Sales Invoinces · Preperation of payement schedules · Preperation and feeding of Journal enteries · Banking and accounting responsibilities · Preparation of Balance sheet · Preperation of Staturoty forms and MIS reports. : Bachelors Degree in Commerce 1-2 Years. Compensation is flexible for the suitable candidate.
