Role & responsibilities To handle the machine individually and take care of the all process requirements (Corona treatment, chiller, dryer). • To optimize the product as per the customer needs Thickness, width, % of elongation. • To guide the team to mix the material as per approved ratios. • To maintain the machine without any major breakdowns and do preventive maintenance as per plan. • To train and develop new team for operating the machine. • To plan for material requirements on monthly basis as per planned production. • To meet daily and monthly production targets. • No. of hours machine breakdown due to electrical / mechanical issues. • No. of customer complaints reported on product quality from customers. • No. of employees trained in blown film operation. • To handle flexo printing / bagging machine to get maximum output Preferred candidate profile 10th / Intermediate • Any degree • Hands on experience in blown film operation, capacity to handle the machine individually and optimize the product as per customer needs. Location Dalpur Plant (70 km away from Ahmedabad)
