Role Description This full-time role of Facility Manager is located on-site in Gandhinagar. The Facility Manager will oversee the daily operations of our properties, ensuring the efficient maintenance and management of all facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, managing vendors, supervising facility staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and handling budgeting responsibilities for maintenance and operations. The role also involves implementing strategies to improve overall facility functionality and performance. Qualifications Facility management, property management, and maintenance skills Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and budgeting Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong leadership and team management skills Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus
