Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant who can make outbound calls to prospective clients (homestay owners, aspiring Airbnb hosts, etc.), explain our services, and help convert leads into customers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to warm/cold leads provided by the team Clearly explain The Homestay Academy’s services and offerings Follow up with leads via WhatsApp or phone Schedule calls or meetings with the core team when needed Maintain lead data and update Google Sheet regularly Achieve weekly or monthly conversion targets Share feedback from leads to help improve sales strategy Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi & English Experience in telesales, customer service, or hospitality sales is preferred Ability to learn about services quickly and explain them in simple terms Self-driven and organized, with basic computer/Google Sheet skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 6006047269
