Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Uttarakhand, India. The Plant Head will oversee daily plant operations, including sales,production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining production schedules, monitoring product quality, and managing the plant's budget. The Plant Head will also work closely with different teams to ensure production goals are met and quality standards are maintained. Qualifications Experience in Plant Operations and Production Planning Proficiency in Quality Control and ensuring product standards Skills in Budgeting and managing financial resources efficiently Expertise in Production Management and overseeing manufacturing processes Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Relevant experience in the Ayurvedic or herbal cosmetic industry is a plus
