Job Description: As a K2 Developer at LTIMindtree, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Nintex K2 technologies to meet business requirements. Your role will involve leading the design and implementation of workflow solutions utilizing K2 SmartForms and Blackpearl. Working closely with stakeholders, you will gather and analyze requirements to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to integrate K2 solutions with existing systems, including SAP BAPIs. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in designing and implementing business process workflows with K2 Blackpearl 4.7 and Nintex K2 Five. Proficiency with tools such as K2 Studio, K2 Designer, and K2 Management, as well as SQL Server Management Studio, will be required. In addition, you must have expertise in developing SmartObjects, Smart forms using SmartObjects, and integrating Smartforms with workflows. Your key skills should include hands-on experience in developing workflow solutions using K2 designer, K2 Studio, K2 Workspace, and K2 for Visual Studio. Experience with workflow development using K2 Blackpearl and K2 Five is essential, and being K2 certified would be an added advantage. Furthermore, a strong understanding of databases, particularly SQL for writing Stored Procedures, triggers, etc., is necessary. Any Nintex K2 certifications would also be considered advantageous.
