As a Senior Analyst Programmer (K2 - BPM Specialist) at our company, your role will involve working closely with the existing development team in India to manage the Global CAW workflow projects. This is a high-growth area with the introduction of new services and technologies planned for the upcoming year. **Key Responsibilities:** - Designing workflow solutions using K2 Cloud, K2/Visual Studio, and K2 v5 - Building and implementing custom UI designs for K2 Forms with K2 designer - Expert knowledge of creating and modifying complex workflows with SharePoint list as data source - Strong understanding of design elements for workflow solutions - Building complex forms with K2 Designer - Superior attention to detail and strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment with multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressure - Upholding Governance and best practices on SharePoint / K2 Development - Updating JIRA tool to ensure all project artifacts are in place, following agile practices **Experience and Qualifications Required:** **Technical skills:** - BE / B.Tech / MCA - 4-7 years of relevant K2 development experience using the latest version of K2 (v5), K2 Cloud, and 4.x - Experience in K2 Legacy to Cloud migration - Architectural knowledge of the SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 platform - Hands-On SharePoint development experience - Hands-On C#, ASP .NET design & development capabilities and experience with K2 Server side API - Experience in JavaScript, jQuery - Hands-On experience on Restful services design & integration with K2 APIs - Requirement analysis and effort estimation basics through delivery teams - Exposure to the financial services industry is preferred - Exposure to structured software development life cycle methodology - Experience in mapping business requirements to software applications - Basic essential understanding of infrastructure landscape databases, webservers (IIS preferably), etc. **Business / Interpersonal Skills:** - Strong customer focus with the ability to manage customer expectations and delivery - Ability to estimate work and facilitate delivery to realistic deadlines - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Proactive in assessing customer needs - Ability to prioritize own activities and work under hard deadlines - Team player with motivation and flexibility - Ability to work in virtual teams in a multi-cultural environment **Optional skills:** Knowledge of using workflow automation tools other than K2 i.e. NINTEX, WWF, Appian, etc. In case of any additional details about the company, they are not specified in the provided job description.,
