We are looking For an Advocate with litigation experience 1.Level Litigation 2.LocationBangalore 3.Academic Qualifications LL.B. 4.No of Years Post Qualification Experience 3 to 5 yr. 5.Type of Experience Litigation Chamber, Litigation Team of Law Firm. Litigation, Dispute Resolution & Regulatory. Candidate with exposure to Commercial/ Economic litigation matters will be given preference. 6.Language Requirements 1. English Proficiency in Speaking, Reading & Writing. Kannada Proficiency in Speaking, Reading & Writing, Good communication skill. 7.Job Description • Independent Court appearances before: - • High Court(s) both on Original Side and Appellate Side), District Courts, • Arbitration Proceedings, Tribunals, etc.Drafting and vetting of Legal Documents including:- Notices, Response-cum-Counter Notices, Suits, Plaints, Petitions, Writs, Complaints, Written Statement, Arbitration Petitions, Claims, Counter Claims Responses, Written Objections/ Arguments, etc.Capable of forming Litigation Strategy Research Skills on-line and off- lineOpinion work on complex legal, commercial, economic issues with special emphasis on scope of applicable Acts, Rules, Regulations, Notifications etc.8.Special Requirements (Type/ Area of Work/ Practise)Area Expertise: Knowledge/ Experience of IBC and/or Competition Laws will be an added advantage Essential Soft Qualities: 1.
