Job Title: Accountant (with Tally Experience) Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally ERP/TallyPrime to manage our day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and have a solid understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update accounts using Tally ERP/TallyPrime. • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. • Handle accounts payable and receivable. • Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory reports. • Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile ledger accounts. • Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements. • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. • Maintain records of inventory, payroll, and fixed assets in Tally. • Generate and analyze reports from Tally as required by management. Qualifications: • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools. • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. • Good communication and organizational skills. Preferred: • Experience with inventory management and payroll processing in Tally. • Knowledge of local/state tax regulations. Working Conditions: • Office-based role (full-time); some organizations may offer hybrid arrangements. • Standard business hours, with extended hours during reporting or audit periods.
