Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Business Development Manager with at least 10 years of experience in plastic/polymer engineering compounds. This individual will spearhead national sales strategy, drive growth, and expand our footprint across India. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth Develop and execute sales strategies targeting major sectors: automotive, e-mobility, electrical goods, furniture, telecom, consumer appliances, agriculture, and defense. Achieve ambitious sales targets and expand the client base across Pan-India. Pipeline Management & Business Development Identify and nurture high-potential opportunities, manage the sales funnel, and convert leads into strategic accounts.
