In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing curriculum plans, teaching students from low-income backgrounds, and ensuring an engaging, supportive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver creative, interactive, and age-appropriate lesson plans Confidently manage classroom activities while fostering discipline and inclusivity Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to improve teaching practices Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development Qualifications & Requirements: D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education)/ Strong representation of teaching experience Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus Certification in Elementary Education preferred Strong teaching, communication, and classroom management skills Experience in curriculum development and elementary education is a plus Enthusiasm for teaching children from low-income backgrounds Flexibility to teach any subject in the Pre-Primary & Primary Section Why Join Us?
