Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and incoming calls with professionalism and warm hospitality. Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area. Handle all incoming inquiries in fluent English, providing accurate information and assistance. Manage and process admission procedures effectively, guiding prospective clients through the required steps. Convert inquiries into admissions through persuasive communication and excellent follow-up. Maintain updated records of visitors, admissions, and other administrative data. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, mailing, and scheduling appointments. Qualifications: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills. Proven experience in front desk reception or administrative roles. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Knack for persuasive communication and converting inquiries into admissions. Organized, attentive to detail, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
