Position Overview We are looking for an organized and reliable Project Coordinator to help manage product stock, assist in sales activities, and track the movement of goods. This role is ideal for someone with a diploma or college degree who wants to gain hands-on experience in business operations. Key Responsibilities Product Stock Management: Keep track of inventory levels and update stock records. Notify management when items need restocking. Sales Support Help process customer orders from start to finish. Prepare basic sales reports. Tracking Inflow & Outflow of Products Record incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries. Maintain simple logs for all product movements. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or college degree (any discipline). Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email). Good attention to detail and organization skills. Friendly communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
