TDS Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Chartered Accountancy firm's TDS Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of TDS compliance for clients, ensuring timely deductions, deposits, and filing of returns as per statutory requirements Key Responsibilities: 1.Compute and deduct TDS on various payments such as salaries, contractors, rent, professional fees, etc. 2.Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 240, 260, 27Q, etc.). 3.Handle TDS payments and challan preparation on the TRACES/NSDL portal. 4.Reconcile TDS receivables with Form 26AS and books of accounts. 5.Respond to client and departmental queries related to TDS. 6.Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16/16A) to vendors and employees. 7.Maintain proper documentation and records of TDS transactions. 8.Stay updated with the latest changes and amendments in TDS laws and rules.
