Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Purchase Head to lead the procurement operations for composite Government building projects involving Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing (CEMP) works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely and quality procurement aligned with project timelines and budget requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Procurement Strategy for all material requirements across Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing domains. Vendor Identification & Evaluation : Build and maintain a robust vendor network ensuring quality, reliability, and competitive pricing. Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis : Conduct comparative analysis and value engineering to optimize procurement costs.
