Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales team with one of our prestigious IT Services client based in Delhi NCR. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in a leadership role. Technical Skills : · Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Familiarity with ERP systems and sales analytics tools. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies. Soft Skills: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: · Lead generation through various methods including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, client referrals, cold calls, and web portals. · Meet with decision-makers to demonstrate software solutions and articulate value propositions. · Prepare and send commercial proposals, conduct follow-ups, negotiate terms, and finalize deals. · Provide exceptional after-sales support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are maintained. · Develop comprehensive business plans and sales strategies to identify new markets and drive penetration. · Engage with customers for key account management and upselling opportunities. · Maintain a healthy sales funnel to ensure a high conversion ratio. · Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Customer Support teams to enhance customer satisfaction. · Gather requirements, conduct needs analysis, and design tailored solutions for clients. · Manage global customer accounts and ensure alignment with their business objectives. · Conduct meetings with CIOs and CFOs to validate tenders and advance opportunities.
