Job Description: As a Merchant Acquisition Associate at our company located in Kottayam, you will play a crucial role in identifying and onboarding new merchants. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and ensuring the smooth implementation of services. Your daily tasks will involve contacting potential merchants, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal departments. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new merchants - Develop and maintain relationships with merchants - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends - Contact potential merchants and present proposals - Negotiate contracts and collaborate with internal departments for smooth implementation Qualifications: - Sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Market research and data analysis skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Experience with CRM software and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in merchant acquisition or a similar role is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,
