Key Responsibilities Acquire and onboard new clients for equity, derivatives, and mutual fund products. Manage and nurture client relationships through personalized financial guidance . Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets. Provide market insights and assist clients in making informed investment decisions. Cross-sell and upsell a range of financial products based on client needs. Stay updated with the latest market trends and investment strategies. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or client acquisition within the stock broking / financial domain. Sound knowledge of equity markets, mutual funds, and trading platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. NISM certification preferred (Series VII, VIII, etc.). Self-motivated, target-focused, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment. Preferred Background ✅ Experience with SEBI-registered brokers such as Angel One, ICICI Direct, Motilal Oswal, Sharekhan, HDFC Securities , etc. ✅ Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation. ✅ Existing client base or network in Delhi NCR will be an added advantage.
