Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Article Assistant at JVA & ASSOCIATES located in Ghaziabad. The Article Assistant will be responsible for assisting in audits, compliance, business restructuring, taxation, litigation, drafting and proof reading DRHP and othe listing documents. They will also be involved in the process of listing gaining an understanding of ICDR compliances. Qualifications Qualified CA Inter Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Responsible for managing daily account of the firms, clients accounts incl Sales, Purchase, Bank, Cash and Expenses, Closing monthly books of the clients after clearance of suspense, drafting GST reco and working, drafting tds liability, drafting gstr 3b and gstr1 and managing other office administrative task.
