We are now expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to take our brand visibility and customer engagement to the next level. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, building brand awareness, and most importantly — generating qualified leads and converting them into customers. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, leads, and conversions. Managing content creation (posts, reels, stories, videos) and maintaining a consistent brand voice. Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google) for lead generation. Monitoring inquiries, responding to messages, and following up with potential customers. Collaborating with the design and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals. Tracking social media analytics, performance metrics, and ROI. Staying updated with current trends in social media and digital marketing. Qualifications 1–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation. Strong understanding of online marketing, audience targeting, and conversion funnels. Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business. Ability to run and analyze Meta Ad campaigns and performance reports. Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging content and videos (using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms). Excellent communication, storytelling, and customer engagement skills. Team player with innovative thinking and a results-driven approach. Experience in the garment, fashion, or textile industry will be an added advantage.
