As an Academic Counsellor at JustTutors , you’ll play a key role in guiding students and parents, understanding their learning needs, and recommending the right educational pathways. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers. Experience in Sale. Eager to expand company with new sales Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team. An English medium background is a must. Roles and Responsibilities: Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media. Advise students and parents on their learning needs through structured counselling sessions (k-12 segment) Fix appointments and conduct online demo sessions daily, basis including follow-up sessions. Handle objections and price negotiation to generate sales revenue. Resolving queries and issues. Meet and overachieve the given monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
