I had all bath fittings from Jal. They are 15 yr old, out of warranty, but had no issues in finding the parts. The staff is cooperative, they even shared the location over WhatsApp for my convenience and assisted me in finding the right part.

they give without bill and when ever we need a service or complaint they told if u have bill then we will come
