Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our administrative operations and financial works. The Office Assistant will be responsible for drafting letters, proposals and reports, handling correspondence, maintaining accounts book and other financial records, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks to ensure our work is delivered smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Draft, proofread, and manage all correspondence, including professional emails, letters, proposals and reports Organize and maintain financial documents such as vouchers, invoices, and account books Assist with the preparation and management of the organization’s financial records Filing periodical returns, reports etc. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office appointments Coordinate organising charitable events/ functions Maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital, for the organization’s records Provide general office support, including managing phone calls and office supplies Assist with event planning and coordination for foundation activities Communicate effectively with stakeholders and external partners etc. Ensure the office runs efficiently and tasks are completed on time Required Qualifications and Skills: A Bachelor’s degree (Preferably B.Com) from a recognised University Strong command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills Ability to draft professional correspondence, proposals, reports and other documents Proficiency in handling financial records, invoices, and maintaining account books and online transactions Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Previous work experience in an office setting is preferred Decent typing speed Salary: Salary negotiable, depending on relevant knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
