Role Overview: As a Resident Engineer (RE) in Pune, you will be responsible for overseeing the migration activity of Core Switch and access switching migration. You will monitor and manage the network for a period of 1 year to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will guide the Customer team with Juniper switching, routing, and security portfolio, enabling them with JUNOS Configurations and technical know-how. Your role will involve handling the network independently, providing inputs to the customer team on future developments, and planning network routing as per customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, configure, and troubleshoot the network with a focus on Juniper Devices - Possess effective communication skills and a positive learning attitude - Plan network routing based on customer requirements and design networks with multi-geo connectivity experience - Participate in internal and external audits as needed - Design and implement solutions in a changing environment and automate routine tasks - Demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving skills - Interact with various stakeholders and exhibit teamwork and stress management - Be willing to work 24/7 in shifts and extend working hours support when necessary Qualifications Required: - 7-10+ years of hands-on experience handling Juniper technology - Working knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Juniper technology for 7-10+ years - JNCIA or above certification preferred - Working knowledge with Cisco, Brocade, and Palo Alto for smooth integration with Juniper technology - Should be at least L3+ or above in the network operations domain Company Details: The company is looking for an Onsite Resident Engineer in Pune for a 12-month period, with immediate or 30-day joining options.
