We are looking for an energetic, child-friendly, and creative Fitness Trainer who can design and conduct age-appropriate fitness activities for children aged 3–6 years. The trainer will focus on building fundamental motor skills, strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance through fun, engaging, and safe physical activities. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct daily/weekly fitness sessions for pre-primary children. Design age-appropriate routines that combine fun with fitness (games, dance, yoga, Zumba, obstacle courses, etc.). Encourage children to develop healthy habits and a love for physical activity. Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. Work closely with teachers and staff to integrate fitness into the school’s daily routine. Monitor children’s physical progress and participation. Organize small events, challenges, or showcases for parents/school community. Qualifications & Skills Diploma/Certification in Physical Education, Fitness Training, Yoga, Zumba, or related fields. Prior experience working with young children (3–6 years) is highly preferred. Strong understanding of child development and motor skill training. Patient, energetic, creative, and approachable personality. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, teachers, and parents. Ability to design inclusive fitness programs for children of varied abilities.
