Job Location Gurugram, India (Candidates must be currently based in Gurugram) Qualification Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience Required 4 to 6 years of experience in Network Engineering, with a specialization in VPN technologies Compensation (CTC) 15 - 20 LPA Key Skills Expertise in VPN technologies, including site-to-site VPN tunnels, DMVPN, etc. Experience configuring and managing ACLs on networking devices such as switches, firewalls, and routers without downtime Hands-on experience with VPN solutions like Cisco AnyConnect, Juniper Pulse, OpenVPN Strong knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, routing, switching, NAT, PAT, and PBR Familiarity with network security technologies: firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security solutions Troubleshooting and maintaining VPN infrastructure for high availability and security Job Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement VPN solutions to support the firm’s high-frequency trading environment Manage and maintain VPN infrastructure, including both hardware and software components Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues promptly Ensure VPN infrastructure complies with industry best practices and regulatory standards Collaborate with IT teams to implement network enhancements and adopt new technologies Participate in on-call rotation for network support and incident management Desired Candidate Profile Strong network engineering background with specialized VPN expertise Proven track record of implementing ACLs and VPN solutions with zero downtime Experience in a product or technology-driven company environment preferred Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a high-stakes trading infrastructure environment
