Junior Web Designers

As a Junior Web Designer at our organization, you will collaborate with senior designers and developers to craft visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces that not only enhance user experience but also align with our brand identity. Your role will require you to work closely with senior team members to ensure effective implementation of designs. You will focus on creating intuitive, user-centered designs that offer a seamless experience across various devices. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing graphics, icons, banners, and other visual elements for websites and digital platforms. It is essential that all your designs are responsive and optimized for different screen sizes and devices. You will also be expected to develop wireframes and prototypes to convey design ideas effectively and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to make necessary revisions. To be successful in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in web design or a related field. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) is required. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS will be beneficial to communicate effectively with developers. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong portfolio showcasing your web design work are essential. While not mandatory, basic knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery, as well as experience in animation and interaction design, would be advantageous.
