Junior Web Automation Developer

As a member of Lyzn AI, you will be contributing to the development of automation agents that power the marketplace. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Automating web flows such as forms, logins, clicks, downloads, and file handling. - Integrating LLM calls to parse pages, rewrite text, and determine the appropriate UI actions. - Ensuring the health of scripts by managing selectors, retries, backoff, timeouts, and maintaining structured logs. - Collaborating with senior team members on scaling efforts, anti-bot strategies, and test coverage. - Developing small, focused services in Go, packaging them, and deploying with Docker. In order to be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - Hands-on experience with CDP/chromedp/rod (or willingness to learn Playwright/Puppeteer with CDP). - Basic understanding of LLM API (OpenAI/Anthropic) for prompting, parsing responses, and error handling. - Proficiency in Git & Docker with the ability to take ownership of a repository from end to end. - A strong sense of curiosity demonstrated through an active GitHub profile with side projects or proofs-of-concept. Additionally, the following skills and experiences would be considered advantageous: - Strong fundamentals in Go programming (goroutines, channels, JSON, HTTP). - Knowledge of captcha solving/mitigation, OTP callbacks, and proxy rotation. - Familiarity with Kubernetes, Redis, and basic queue systems. - Experience with observability tools for logging, metrics, traces, as well as load and performance testing. - Expertise in headless browser tuning, fingerprinting, and stealth techniques. The working model for this position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office located in Hyderabad. During sprints or sensitive launches, you should be prepared to work from the office more frequently, potentially full-time on-site. In terms of compensation and growth opportunities, the salary range is between 25,000 to 40,000 per month. High-performing individuals will have the chance to be converted to full-time roles within 3-4 months with revised compensation.
