Location: Infopark, Kochi
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 1 year of experience in International Voice Process or Freshers with excellent communication skills
Salary: Rs.17000 /- (In hand) + Bonuses up-to Rs. 5000/- per Month.
Working Days: 5 Days (Night Shift)

• Excellent English fluency, verbal is Mandatory.
• Pick up and drop Cab Facility provided

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• English fluency, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system
• Meet individual and team performance targets (KPI driven)

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
