Junior Visual Merchandiser

You will be working as a Visual Merchandiser at Beelittle, a company specializing in premium, soft, and safe clothing and accessories for infants and toddlers. Your main responsibility will be to create attractive displays, maintain visual standards in retail spaces, and enhance the overall customer shopping experience through effective product presentation and in-store design. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in planning and setting up visual displays, store layouts, and window installations. You will ensure that all visual elements reflect the brand's identity and improve product visibility. Collaborating with store teams to maintain a clean and attractive visual presentation will also be part of your role. Moreover, supporting seasonal and promotional campaigns through impactful in-store visuals and monitoring store performance to suggest display improvements based on sales trends will be essential tasks. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related role. A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual appeal is crucial. Basic knowledge of color theory, lighting, space planning, and product positioning is required. Strong communication and coordination skills, along with the ability to travel to different store locations when necessary, are also important. Additionally, you should be able to work under supervision, meet deadlines, and hold a Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.,
