Junior User Experience Designer

Role Overview: As a Junior UI/UX Designer for the "Stealth Proptech Startup" project in Dubai, you will work alongside the Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for the Property Search platform. Your involvement in the design process will span from initial concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototyping. Your primary goal will be to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions that enhance the user experience for property seekers, real estate agents, and platform administrators. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms. - Contribute to developing and maintaining the project's design system and style guides for consistent visual presentation. - Design individual UI elements such as menus, tabs, forms, and widgets with a focus on usability and aesthetics. - Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary design assets. - Participate in user research activities like usability testing and user interviews to gather feedback for design decisions. - Prepare and deliver design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval. - Contribute to designing consumer-facing applications as well as complex backend administrative portals. Qualification Required: - 1-2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio highlighting web and mobile application work. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Ability to create clean, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to articulate design choices effectively. - Attention to detail and a passion for staying updated on design trends and technologies. Additional Details: The preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields. Experience in designing for both iOS (Human Interface Guidelines) and Android (Material Design) platforms, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS capabilities, familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environment, and experience in designing complex data visualization or dashboard interfaces would be advantageous.,
