About the job: We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Recruiter professional to join our team! In this role, you will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent and ensure great relationships with both candidates and clients. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company! Key responsibilities: 1. Source and screen potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings. 2. Posting job openings on the portals to increase the pool of candidates. 3. Utilize the internal database to identify potential candidates. 4. Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent 5. Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward promptly. Sourcing potential candidates through various job portals and online channels. 6. Oversee candidate experience & communication in all stages of hiring,g including application, interview, selection & joining. 7. Prioritize and track job orders to fulfill client needs. 8. Increase the number of qualified applicants in the database. 9. Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including client, market, and unemployment conditions. 10. Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and expectations. Recruitment Tools: Should be adept at using various recruitment-related tools. 5. Job Boards: Experience with any job board is a plus. 6. Office Tools: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 7. Education: Open to candidates with any graduation, post-graduation, or doctorate.
