Junior Structural Engineer

As a Junior Structural Engineer at Pradeep Deshmukh Associates LLP, you will play a crucial role in the structural design and detailing processes. You will be expected to assist in both concrete and steel design, handle analysis and calculations independently with guidance, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of all drawings with project specifications. Your role will also involve supporting in checking drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications, as well as attending site visits to understand real-world conditions and coordinating with architects and contractors when necessary. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to internal systems, templates, and efficiencies within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure precision and accuracy of structural and architectural drawings - Adhere to industry standards, codes, and company guidelines - Maintain clear documentation and communication regarding project designs and deliverables Qualifications and Skills Required: - Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (B.E./BTech or MTech) - Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience preferred - Solid understanding of structural analysis and design principles - Thorough knowledge of IS Codes - Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, RCDC, SAFE, AutoCAD, and associated software - Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work independently - Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills - Comfortable working in a small team with significant responsibility and dynamic challenges At Pradeep Deshmukh Associates LLP, you will receive direct mentorship from the founder/partners, hands-on exposure to real projects, and the opportunity to contribute your ideas to the company's growth and development.
