Junior Software Tester

MUST TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Must have selenium web driver knowledge.
• Experience of Web Mobile Application Testing.
• Good Knowledge of Manual Testing.
• Comfortable with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Experience working with version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
• Experience in Automation & Manual Testing.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools, i.e., Bugzilla or a similar tool.
• Good organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.

EXPERIENCE

• Min 1-3 years of experience.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

• BE/B Tech/ MCA (Computer Science, IT).

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILL:

• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
• Design and develop automation scripts when needed.
• Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
• Provide support and documentation.
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Executing tests on software usability.
• Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
• Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.
• Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
• Willingness to own work and problems and see through to completion and to use own initiative to resolve issues, whilst dealing with a diverse range of people.
