About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Upload and publish all content including videos, shorts, reels, static posts, and stories on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and X (Twitter) 2. Ensure every post goes out on time by maintaining a weekly content calendar for all our IPs (like Lazy Assassin, Games Gossip India, etc) 3. Write platform-specific captions, hashtags, titles, and tags that improve reach and engagement 4. Use SEO techniques like finding trending keywords for YouTube and relevant hashtags for Instagram and X to boost visibility 5. Engage with the audience by replying to comments and story interactions 6. Keep track of what's trending in gaming, memes, and content formats, and suggest ideas for new posts 7. Regularly check analytics and performance of posts to understand what's working and what needs to improve Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience managing social media for brands or creators 2. Strong command over English writing 3. Good sense of design, pop culture, and what clicks with Gen Z 4. Must know how to use tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Creator Studio, Notion, etc. 5. Basic knowledge of Instagram's native editing tools 6. Passion for gaming, memes, and internet culture is a big plus 7.
