Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). Create engaging text, image, and video content tailored to each platform. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure a cohesive social media identity. Schedule and publish posts consistently using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Monitor performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports. Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, trends, and technologies. Assist in running paid ad campaigns across platforms, when required. Track competitor activity and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement. Requirements Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of different social media platforms, their algorithms, and performance tools. Creative thinking and eye for design and detail. Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
