Job Description

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for the SAP PP (Production Planning) module. This includes handling first-level tickets related to PP, monitoring production orders, confirmations, BOM, and routing issues, and supporting users in resolving transactional issues in SAP PP. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with L2/L3 teams for unresolved issues, assist in basic configuration checks as guided, perform testing for small changes or enhancements, and prepare and maintain support documentation. Furthermore, you will provide user training and guidance on SAP PP transactions and work closely with cross-functional teams such as MM/SD/QM. Qualifications Required: - 6 months to 1 year of experience in SAP PP support - Knowledge of SAP PP module functionalities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
