The JSO grows, aggressively and profitably, the consumer business in General Trade for a designated territory/Territory in the relevant aspects of Distribution, Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Team management and Distributor Management Junior Sales Officer Responsibilities Achieve the monthly/annual targets of Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, SB, Receivables, and New Product targets. Implement corrective measures Sales targets allotment & execution within team members by breaking down yearly targets,Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly/Daily and within the SS ® GD ® Retailers under his purview. Responsible for “SFA” implementation in team working and ensuring 100% compliance. Responsible for channel partner management.
