Job Description

You will be joining our team as a Business/Sales Development Associate, where you will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing relationships with B2B clients, and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include cold calling for lead generation, managing client and vendor relationships, implementing SOPs for client acquisition, collaborating on business strategies, network management, and conducting market research for potential collaborations in the health and wellness sector. Your role will involve actively reaching out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, introducing our products and services, and generating leads for further follow-up and conversion. You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their requirements. Additionally, you will need to implement current SOPs for B2B client acquisition, collaborate with the core team on new acquisition models, manage the existing B2B network, and conduct market research to identify collaboration opportunities. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in client and vendor interaction, preferably in FMCG, E-commerce, or B2B product-based backgrounds. Comfort with cold calling, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, decision-making abilities, industry knowledge in the health and wellness sector, and negotiation skills are essential.
