Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in CSE Department

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our group as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in CSE Department at IIT Ropar. The position is in the research area of Cybersecurity for Cyber-Physical Systems.

The initial appointment will be for six months, with the possibility of extension for up to three years based on satisfactory performance.

Ph.D. Opportunity: Selected candidate may apply for Ph.D. Program in the future.

Fellowship: Institute Norms.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Educational Qualification:

● Postgraduate degree (M.Tech.) in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics

Engineering, Embedded systems or a related discipline, along with a valid

GATE/NET qualification.

OR

● Undergraduate degree (B.Tech./B.E.) in Computer, Electrical, Electronics

Engineering, Embedded systems or a related discipline with a valid GATE

qualification. GATE/NET qualification is not mandatory for candidates who have completed their UG from an IIT/IIIT/NIT.

2. Technical Knowledge:

Knowledge of embedded and IoT systems is desirable.
