Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Reconciliation Analyst with 02 years of experience to support ourfinancial operations team. The role involves routine reconciliations, reporting, and assistingwith audits under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine reconciliations of accounts and transactions.
  • Prepare and circulate break reports for review.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies under supervision.
  • Support internal and external audit activities.
  • Develop foundational knowledge of reconciliation systems and controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with reconciliation/ERP tools.
  • Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly.
