Junior Reconciliation Analyst

As a Junior Reconciliation Analyst at Panasa Technology, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations team with routine reconciliations, reporting, and audit assistance under supervision. Your role will involve performing account and transaction reconciliations, preparing break reports, investigating discrepancies, and supporting audit activities. Additionally, you will be expected to develop a foundational knowledge of reconciliation systems and controls. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine reconciliations of accounts and transactions. - Prepare and circulate break reports for review. - Assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies under supervision. - Support internal and external audit activities. - Develop foundational knowledge of reconciliation systems and controls. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with reconciliation/ERP tools. - Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly.
