What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in QA/Manual testing roles
• At least 2 years of experience in Mobile application testing B2C apps
• In-depth knowledge of Android and iOS app testing
• Ability to manage testing across multiple mobile devices, OS versions, and screen sizes
• Strong test case creation skills covering all aspects of mobile testing
• Experience with bug logging and tracking systems (e.g., Trello)
• Hands-on with bug reproduction and supporting developers in debugging
• Strong ownership mindset with responsibility for product quality
• Experience coordinating with product managers, developers, and QA leads
• Comfortable preparing daily/weekly QA reports and planning proactively
• Experience participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contributing to process improvements
• Contribution towards continuous improvement of QA methodologies and tools

Additional Expertise (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of Firebase
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing
• Experience in events analytics testing (e.g., Mixpanel, WebEngage)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

• Executing thorough testing across Android and iOS platforms
• Creating, maintaining, and executing test cases for new and existing features
• Logging defects, tracking them until closure, and ensuring quality delivery
• Supporting developers in reproducing bugs and providing clear steps-to-reproduce
• Coordinating closely with the product team and QA lead for timely releases
• Preparing QA reports and proactively suggesting improvements
• Participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Exploring new tools and methods to strengthen QA processes

Compensation: ₹5–8 LPA, based on relevant experience (Equity options open for the right candidate as part of long-term growth)

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in JP Nagar, Bangalore. Working hours are 10 AM – 6:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
