About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Create and document SOPs, workflows, and trackers for smoother operations. 2. Support in planning, along with MIS dashboards to track key plant metrics. 3. Identify process gaps and support implementation of fixes. 4. Coordinate across teams for project timelines, task updates, and reporting. 5. Support vendor follow-ups, spare parts planning, and internal audit. Requirements: 1. Fresh graduates (should have graduated). 2. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and a knack for organizing data. 3. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a manufacturing environment. 4. Fluent in Tamil and English.
