Junior Officer - Production

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Monitor and control process parameters to ensure product quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance with BMR, CGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements during production operations. Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and instruments to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall plant operations. Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch records, inventory management, and material handling. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in API manufacturing or related field (B.Tech/B.E. Chemical preferred). Understanding of SCADA/DCS systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Familiarity with BMR/CGMP regulations and industry standards for pharmaceutical production. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
